After using a whole cocktail of sports supplements, and reading the advice here and on so many other blogs and websites, Ive come to the conlusion that I am totally confused. I mean, what really, is the very best sport supplement pre workout drink to use? Ive tried Jack3d and No Xplode and all the rest, they all seem pretty similar to me.
Has anyone else heard that Jack3d can be detrimenntal to your muscle growth? Ive been using Jack3d since it came out and loved the stuff. After reading some of the reviews online though, I may go back to using NO Xplode! What do other users think is the best pre workout supplement out there?

I like the page structure and tones, but I have to mention that I’m having difficulty when it loads. I’m using Lynx 2.8 web browser for mac, and the menu fails to align nicely. i am pretty sure I have applied the exact same layout on a company’s web site, but the menu seems all straight on mine. I imagine the mistake is at my end & I’m guessing it’s about time to change!
